Oleg Chebodaev sings in the kaï throatsinging style and accompanies himself on the chatkhan, a seven-stringed zither. Kaï and chatkhan occur only in Khakassia, an autonomous republic within the Russian Federation in the heart of Siberia. Filmed on 2 July 2010 in Abakan, the capital of Khakassia.
